It was essential to deliver an application that was as light and responsive as possible, compatible with the majority of smartphones distributed by SFR.
Intended for the general public, it also had to be readable and manipulable by as many people as possible.
The asynchronous and regular sending of answers to the server ensures the fluidity of the progress in the questionnaire while securing as much as possible the answers entered by the user.
Convincing the decision-makers on the issue of font size and the distribution of scores from 1 to 10 was no easy task, but the user testing in SFR shops had the most convincing arguments.
