This company connects large freight forwarders with small regional road hauliers, and monitors the transport shipments entrusted to it. The vast majority of the screens are confidential because they are the company's tools, and I am presenting here the publicly accessible part: the screens dedicated to the carriers registered with Fretlink.
I was involved in almost all the internal products that make the company work, in dialogue with the users of these services (operational and supervisory staff) and of course the developers, throughout the projects. Always with the concern to present only the information needed at a given moment, to optimise each square pixel on the screen while ensuring overall clarity.
Interface for processing shippers' calls for tender, design of shippers' and carriers' indexes, and interfaces for managing these catalogues. Implementation of a design system with a colour and typographic charter, icon bank, redesign of the carrier interfaces (presented here), interface for entering transport orders sent by shippers, interface for monitoring shipments, interfaces for processing carrier invoices.
